Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Operations Manager to manage key operations at Superdrug's main Distribution Centre in Dunstable. The role is accountable for the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of night-shift activities across the full operation, including Goods In, Dispatch, Picking, FLT, and Recycling. You will take end-to‑end ownership of shift performance, ensuring service level agreements, productivity, cost, and safety standards are achieved, and support 24‑hour operational continuity.
