Warehouse Manager/Logistics Team Lead

Search Solution Group is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead on behalf of our client, a global tire manufacturer. This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, leading team members across shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment functions, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. The Warehouse Team Lead plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting operational goals, and driving adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, picking, auditing, cycle counting, relocating, loading, and unloading inventory.

Monitor inbound and outbound schedules to ensure proper resource allocation, equipment utilization, and workflow efficiency.
