Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manageris responsible forthe effective organisation and management of the internal stores. This includes coordinating the intake, storage, and supply of raw materials for production, as well as the supply of finished products to customers. The role requires a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and close collaboration with the Production, Chilled Coding, Commercial, and Buying teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the site’s internal stores and ensure all stock booking-in and booking-out processes are consistently followed.
• Resolve issues promptly, liaising with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely communication of information.
• Organise and oversee stock takes as required.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, provide detailed reports on root causes, and implement preventative measures.
