Warehouse Manager

The Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to own the floor at our multi-temperature, ISO 22000 food facility in Dubai. This is a hands‑on, lead‑from‑the‑front role. Your mission is simple but critical: keep our service levels, order accuracy, and food safety standards exceptionally high through sharp daily execution and strong team leadership—especially as we navigate our Q4 peak and embed our brand-new production facility.

Primary Responsibilities

• Floor & Fulfilment Operations: Run the day‑to‑day inbound, storage, picking/packing, and dispatch operations across all our channels (HORECA, retail, eCommerce, and wholesale).
• Maintain Service Excellence: Hold the line on service levels (fill rate / OTIF) and order accuracy through both normal and high‑volume peak periods.
