Job Description

Directly Reports To: Team Leader, Customer Services

Subordinates: Warehouse Keeper

• Ensure overall warehouse compliance with PEZA, DOLE, OSH, and DENR regulations.
• Establish, maintain, and improve SOPs covering operations, safety, environment, and compliance.
• Act as accountable representative during audits and inspections.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for compliance and environmental findings.
• Oversee full facilities management, including space planning, maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage environmental permits, reporting (if applicable), vendors, contractors, and third‑party waste handlers.
• Do sourcing of materials used in the warehouse including packaging materials and arrange for equipment calibration.
• Negotiation with third‑party waste handlers, repairs and maintenance.
