**Job Title: Warehouse Lead**
We are seeking a reliable **Warehouse Lead** to support daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations. This role is responsible for managing material movement, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
+ Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and shipping documents
+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
+ Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material handling equipment
+ Process shipments through carriers such as UPS and FedEx
+ Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels
+ Distribute materials to internal departments as needed
+ Maintain shipping supplies and warehouse organization
+ Follow all safety procedures and company policie
