Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the inventory movement in the warehouse and across site.
- Ensure timely update for the transaction such as receipt, put away, and issuing of goods.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all warehouse activities
- Optimize warehouse layout and organization for space and time efficiency.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize errors and discrepancies.
- Supervise the use of material handling equipment.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of the logistics and warehousing function within the Operations Department with the aim of ensuring optimum level of resource utilization to meet project needs.
- Review and update work process which include setting up of Warehouse Management System.
