Vacancy Description
Minimum requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Valid Forklift Licence.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse stock control, dispatch or warehouse coordination.
- Automotive industry experience is essential.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP/WMS software.
- Experience with courier coordination and dispatch documentation.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good understanding of stock control procedures and warehouse operations.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual handling duties.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts and reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect and capture incoming stock.
- Allocate stock accurately to job cards.
