Warehouse Director

Reports To: President & Executive Leadership Team Position Summary The Warehouse Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for two company-owned 3PL warehouses located in Lachine and Dorval. This role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, optimizing processes through automation, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in 3PL warehousing who excels in a fast-paced, multi-client environment and can implement modern warehouse technologies to increase productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Management

Oversee day-to-day operations for both Lachine and Dorval facilities.
