Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers on job status updates, scheduling, and basic enquiries
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of operational records
- Liaise with internal warehouse and operations teams to facilitate timely execution of jobs
- Monitor and manage job requests received via email from customers and internal stakeholders
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks for the Warehouse CS team
- Perform basic job intake, data entry, and documentation of operational activities
- Assist with any other coordination or operational support duties as assigned
- Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and internal teams
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service support
