The Warehouse Coordinator effectively manages a construction warehouse, overseeing the storage, handling, and movement of project materials from receipt through installation and turnover. This role coordinates shipping and receiving activities, ensures accurate documentation and inventory control, and works closely with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain a smooth and efficient supply chain operation.
Responsibilities
+ Manage day-to-day operations of the construction warehouse and ensure materials are stored safely, efficiently, and in accordance with specific storage requirements.
+ Coordinate the receiving of materials by working closely with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers and vendors.
