**Job Title: Warehouse Associate**
**Job Description**
The Warehouse Associate supports the warehouse and shipping departments by handling incoming and outgoing products, preparing orders for the assembly line, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. This is a contract role expected to last 4–5 months, with the potential to be extended or transition to a permanent position. The role involves a mix of material handling, order picking, shipping and receiving, and basic computer and ERP system work in a busy warehouse environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Support the warehouse and shipping departments by handling daily material flow and order processing.
+ Operate forklifts approximately 5% of the time, including reach trucks for narrow aisles and sit-down counterbalance trucks, to move and store products safely.
+ Pick parts from inventory and bring them to the shipping area, including handling heavy items and skids up to approximately 2,000 pounds.
