Warehouse Assistant

Job Description Handle day-to-day operations of warehouse. Competency in accurate data entry in essential. Order materials and consumables as required for warehouse. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Perform yearly stock counts and report on stock levels. Oversee logistics arrangements and coordinate all customers' orders for deliveries. Receiving/ transferring/ checking and storing incoming goods. Record and investigate internal customer feedback and implement corrective and preventive measures. Use initiative to follow up and resolve operational problems where is waste and inefficiency. Ensure accuracy of inventory, correct location of stock and maintenance of proper warehouse documents. Maintain and ensure all warehouse equipment is in working condition. Ensure operation and practices are in compliance with workplace safety. Requirement Min 3 years working experience in heavy equipment industry. Able to work independently. Possess forklift license will be an advantage.
