Warehouse Assistant

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for receiving, storing, and organizing goods within the warehouse. They ensure accurate inventory management and assist in order fulfilment and shipping processes. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Warehouse Coordination
  • Receive, handle, and store incoming products following clearance or local direct purchase.
  • Inspect all products received and ensure no products are damaged or missing.
  • Communicate the status of incoming shipments to the Warehouse Coordinator, including any delays and reasons.
• Inventory Check
  • Sort and store products in designated locations (racks, shelves, bins) using FIFO/FEFO method.
  • Prepare custom kits and labels according to customer requirements, ensuring accuracy.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Line Manager.
