Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in product selection by actively listening to their needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are stocked and displayed effectively.
• Process transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems, ensuring accuracy and speed in checkout.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail or sales roles, ideally with at least 1-2 years in a customer-facing position.
• Familiarity with CRM software and point-of-sale systems to streamline customer interactions.
• Multilingual abilities are preferred, particularly in languages relevant to the customer base.
