Warehouse and Logistics Controller

Job Description

This position is a key role in daily warehouse activities. Its main objective is to ensure overall stock integrity and safety in the management of the Chlorine J1 Store and warehouse. Ensuring safety systems such as the scrubber are maintained and fully functional is a key requirement. This role is a legal appointment and will be the site 8.2(i). The position also plays a major role in customer service by managing all credits and investigations, directing and following up on product technical issues with HSE or procurement, and will be the first respondent in the case of incidents.

Qualifications

• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous, at least Diploma

Experience

• 2 to 4 years experience in a warehousing environment
• 2 to 4 years’ experience maintaining and investigating stock
• 3 years or more experience in a similar position
