Reporting To: Senior HR Manager
Job Description To plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor employee learning and development initiatives across departments to enhance employee capability, productivity, compliance, and organisational effectiveness. The role is responsible for end-to-end training operations, including training need identification, program coordination, LMS management, training records, effectiveness evaluation, and continuous learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Training Need Identification (TNI)
Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs.
Prepare annual/Quarterly training calendars based on business requirements.
Analyse skill gaps and competency requirements across functions.
Track mandatory, technical, behavioural, safety, and compliance trainings.
Training Coordination & Execution
Organise internal and external training programs.
