Waking Night Residential Support Worker Woodville, Derbyshire (DE11) Salary: Up to £21,400 per annum We are recruiting on behalf of a growing childrens care provider opening their first childrens residential home in Woodville, Derbyshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the founding team of a brand-new Learning Disabilities service supporting young people within a small therapeutic environment with a strong 3:1 staffing ratio. The home will initially support one 15-year-old young person, with capacity for two children overall. The Opportunity As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play an important role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing and comfort of the young person throughout the night. You will help maintain a calm and structured environment, complete regular welfare checks, provide emotional reassurance when required and ensure accurate record keeping.
