Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer‑focused Waiter / Waitress to join our specialty coffee café. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience by providing attentive service, supporting our baristas, and representing the Coterra Coffee brand with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage offerings, and recommend specialty coffee pairings.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them efficiently to the bar and kitchen teams.
• Serve coffee, beverages, desserts, and food promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and outdoor seating.
