Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing an excellent and consistent level of service to customers. As the Waiter/Waitress, you will serve food and beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, delivering a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.

You should have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage related services and products, and be able to recommend combinations, upsell, and cross‑sell.

Qualifications

Ideally a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management and a minimum of 1‑year work experience in hotel operations. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
