Reporting to Restaurant Supervisor / Restaurant Manager
The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role also includes maintaining cleanliness and supporting smooth daily restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and attend to guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Present menus and take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards
- Assist guests with menu enquiries and provide recommendations when required
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and properly set up
