Position: Steward Salary : per month Department: Food & Beverage Service Location : Bhilwara, Rajasthan Reports To: Restaurant Captain / F&B Supervisor Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner. Present menus and explain dishes, beverages, and special offers to guests. Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team. Serve food and beverages as per the established service standards. Ensure proper table setup, including cutlery, crockery, glassware, and condiments. Clear and reset tables promptly after guest use. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area and service stations. Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely order delivery. Handle guest requests and complaints politely and escalate concerns when required. Assist in banquet and event setups whenever required.
