Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take food and drink orders, and provide recommendations based on the menu.
• Order Management: Relay orders to kitchen and bar staff, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and delivery.
• Serving Food & Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to tables, ensuring that the correct items are served and meeting customer specifications.
• Table Maintenance: Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, refill drinks, clear plates, and reset tables as needed.
• Billing & Payment: Present checks to guests, process payments (cash or credit), and provide change as necessary.
• Cleanliness & Organization: Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and organized, including wiping down tables, cleaning up spills, and maintaining cleanliness of service stations.
