To deliver a five-star, professional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations and creates memorable experiences. The role supports the smooth, efficient, and faultless operation of food and beverage service across the resort. ,

  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service at all times
  • Serve food and beverages across breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and room service
  • Anticipate guest needs and deliver a “+1” service experience
  • Communicate confidently with guests to ensure expectations are exceeded
