Wages Clerk

A well-established security company based in Centurion is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Wages Clerk to join their payroll team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate processing of wages, maintaining employee payroll records, handling payroll-related queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and industry-specific payroll regulations.

Position overview:
Full-function Payroll administration including all reconciliations for bookkeeping and compliance purposes and monthly submissions to regulatory authorities, provident fund and medical insurance.

Requirements:

• Grade 12


• 3+ years wages / payroll experience


• Payroll software experience (such as VIP Payroll, Sage Payroll, Pastel Payroll, Payspace, or similar)


• Security industry experience will be highly beneficial but not essential
