VP/DIR, US iShares Factor Product Strategist

**About this role**

The US iShares Equity ETF team is seeking a Vice President / Director factor product strategist focused on commercial strategy, client engagement, and business growth for the US iShares Factor platform. This individual will serve as a senior subject matter expert responsible for driving distribution strategy and adoption of factor-based ETFs across US Wealth Advisory (USWA), Institutional, and platform partners.

Successful individuals in this role will thrive in an analytical, deeply collaborative, and high-performance environment. They will utilize their knowledge of the unique needs of different client segments in USWA (including RIA, National Accounts, Bank Wealth, Wires, Independents, etc.) to drive commercial initiatives including supporting new product innovation, scaling new products, training sales partners, and developing educational content for clients.
