Job Overview

Assist the Head of Customer Assurance and Compliance (CAC) in managing operational risk related matters, ensuring staff training, handling non‑compliance breaches, and supporting audit resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate a risk culture on operational risk matters.
• Ensure all staff are trained in applicable rules and procedures within their specialist area.
• Identify, investigate, handle and resolve regulatory and operational non‑compliance breaches.
• Assist in closing out audit issues raised by UOBM Internal Audit Departments and regulators for CAC.
• Act as liaison between UOBM CAC and Operational Risk Management, Country Compliance, Internal Audit, Group CAC, Group WGMO, TOGA and other risk functions.
• Disseminate security and policy information to staff.
• Establish the first line of assurance in the business unit.
