VP, Retention & LTV — AI-Driven Growth Leader

Grüns in Dubai seeks a senior retention and loyalty leader to own LTV, lifecycle, and subscription marketing. You will drive personalization across channels, embed AI to automate flows, and lead a team of three marketing professionals.

This role partners with Ecommerce, CX, Performance, and Brand teams to test 1:1 channels like Direct Mail, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp while guiding cancel-flow and loyalty initiatives.
