Your mission Operational Ownership Own and scale all operational areas across the company: Post-sales operations & support optimisation Implementations (festivals, POS, phased rollouts) Procurement (internal & hardware resale) Finance operations (KPIs, margins, cost control) Tech integrations Internal operations Act as the main owner of end-to-end operational performance.
