VP of Learning & Leadership Transformation

AFFIN Group in Malaysia seeks a senior Learning & Development leader to shape our people leadership strategy and development programs. You will design, implement learning frameworks, and drive leadership coaching, digital learning adoption, and regulatory compliance across divisions.

With a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in L&D, you will partner with stakeholders to elevate capability, monitor learning impact, and optimize budgets. Master’s degree is a plus.
