Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Lead and scale all core financial operations—owning everything from accounting and budgeting to reconciliations and real-time cash flow management.
• Oversee full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting, including platform transaction flows, payroll, AR/AP, month-end closes, and ledger management in systems like Xero.
• Design and implement robust internal controls, financial documentation standards, and ensure audit readiness with external partners.
