VP of Data Engineering & Analytics

We’re hiring a VP of Data Engineering & Analytics to rebuild and scale a data function from the ground up within a high-growth consumer business in Dubai.

This isn’t a traditional reporting or BI leadership role. Data is the core product. The business has a unique, highly valuable dataset in its industry and is looking for a leader to build a world-class data platform, actionable intelligence, and commercial growth. You’ll inherit an existing team and be responsible for scaling it, maturing the platform, improving data quality and governance, and helping the business unlock new revenue opportunities through data-driven decision making.

We’re looking for someone who combines deep technical credibility with commercial thinking. Someone who can still roll up their sleeves when needed, has built data teams from the ground up, and understands how to move from startup chaos to scalable execution.
