Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s senior legal leader and strategic advisor
• Oversee all legal matters across the product portfolio, regulatory landscape, and commercial relationships
• Lead and develop the legal team
• Manage high‑stakes regulatory and competition proceedings and complex commercial agreements
• Provide legal counsel on regulatory and legislative strategy in partnership with the policy team
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Security on legal implications of AI features, new product launches, and data practices
• Direct global privacy compliance and manage legal operations infrastructure
• Advise on corporate governance, employment, IP, and strategic transactions
