We are seeking a Learning Business Partner within OCBC Campus to curate and implement learning solutions with a strong focus on deepening core banking expertise as the bank embraces new business priorities, digital transformation, and changing client expectations.

• Business Partnering – Partner with business units to understand capability needs, assess gaps, develop learning roadmaps, and recommend appropriate learning programmes aligned to business plans.
• Learning Solutions & Content Curation – Conceptualise, design, and deliver learning solutions, including digital products and communications, to enable employee growth and meet competency requirements.
• Programme Management – Oversee programme management, track learning effectiveness and efficiency metrics, analyse learning data with Power BI, and recommend improvements to optimise learning solutions.
