Vacancy Description

Responsibilities

  • Provides learning opportunities to foster and develop the professional competencies of employees in APAC
  • Facilitates and executes strategic learning and development initiatives that will accelerate SMBC’s competitive advantage
  • Creates new training platforms/ framework/ contents/ delivery to facilitate the knowledge transfer in SMBC
  • Conceptualises, designs and delivers learning solutions as part of the Training Needs Analysis cycle or in response to ad-hoc and bespoke requests from stakeholders
  • Acts as program person-in-charge (PIC) and be accountable for courses assigned, to ensure quality, effectiveness and relevancy to employees' needs and business' priorities
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in learning design, delivery and evaluation of solutions and programmes in a mid to large scale regional set-up, working experience in financial services industry...
