**Job Description**

The senior professional responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the development of innovative and scalable AI solutions. The overall objective is to leverage deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the execution of key AI initiatives and mentor other team members.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Architect, design, and lead the development of production-grade Generative AI applications and complex Agentic solutions.
+ Define and drive technical strategy for AI projects, including making key decisions on architecture, frameworks, and tools. This includes evaluating different agentic architectures and evolving industry practices to select the optimal approach.
+ Lead the design and implementation of agent training, performance measurement, correction, and feedback processes, and create/articulate new architectural options.
