VP Investor Reporting & Financial Controls

Michael Page International (UAE) is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead investor, joint venture and lender reporting across multi-entity real estate investment structures. You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual packs, compute equity waterfalls, and liaise with auditors and banks to ensure compliance.

The role requires CA/ACCA/CPA qualification and 10–12 years in investor reporting or related areas, with strong IFRS expertise and ERP/Excel skills.
