VP, Fund Accounting

Our client a leading global financial services firm is hiring a VP to join its Hedge Fund Accounting team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality fund administration services while leading teams and managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and oversee Managers and Supervisors
• Ensure accurate, timely delivery of all client reporting
• Act as a primary contact for clients, auditors, and fund stakeholders
• Manage team performance, staffing, and productivity targets
• Support client onboarding, business development, and presentations
• Drive process improvements and lead strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional designation preferred
