Main Responsibilities:
Provide legal support to the Global Markets businesses, specifically focusing on equity derivatives, derivatives, synthetic prime brokerage and ISDA/MCA documentationWork closely with the ISDA documentation team to draft and negotiate ISDA agreements, Master Confirmation Agreements, custody agreements, total return swaps, etc.Stay abreast of and advise on relevant regulations and regulatory frameworkWork closely with other members of the legal team on ad-hoc projectsWork closely with and aid in the management of outside counsel
