As the Vice President, you will lead DUCA’s compliance team, focusing on AML/ATF practices, privacy investigations, and oversight of regulatory compliance frameworks. Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team, you will assess compliance strategies and implement robust risk management processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish compliance frameworks and policies for all units
• Supervise compliance training and awareness programs
• Act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies
• Monitor and evaluate compliance activities and controls
• Address compliance risks and guide remediation efforts
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Finance, or Law is essential
• Over 10 years of compliance experience in finance
