The Vice President of Associate Technology Experience (ATX) will set the strategy, vision, and execution for Humana’s end-to-end digital workplace, delivering seamless, secure, and differentiated technology experiences for Humana's entire workforce ecosystem, including Humana associates, subsidiary associates, business process outsourcing (BPO) resources, clinical caregivers, contractors, and outsourced technology personnel. The VP is accountable for defining persona-based digital workplace strategies that optimize productivity, collaboration, compliance, and experience outcomes for each workforce segment. .
