The Lead Engineer performs analysis, rectification, development and technical governance for application components and will be accountable for the maintenance, quality of code, and compliance to standards within the platform. Accountabilities include:

• Analysis, development, implementation & support of digital and back‑office FI related platforms (digital channel, back office / admin).
• Automated unit testing of the deliverable.
• Any other form of integration.
• In accordance with agreed digital/platform strategy, standards and governance for a business unit, project, program, platform or feature team.
• Defining technical specifications of solutions in accordance with the agreed digital/platform strategy incorporating non‑functional requirements such as security, system performance and engineering best practices.
