Volunteer & Workforce Strategy Lead

Trivandi is seeking a Workforce & Volunteer Coordinator to implement workforce and volunteer strategies across competition venues in Glasgow. The role requires fostering a positive culture, managing shift allocations, and ensuring effective workforce management throughout the Games.

Initially based in Glasgow city centre, the coordinator will prepare for the Games through comprehensive training and real-time deployment management. This position requires 37.5 hours of work weekly, transitioning to shifts as needed during the operational period.
