Job Role

Join us as a Volunteer Mentor  you will  play a key supporting role to the participants we work with (predominantly men over the age of 18 years). You will offer personalised, one-to-one support to help improve participants’ lives, equipping them with the skills they need progress in life and avoid being trapped in a cycle of criminality.

We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to build a better future, regardless of their past choices or the challenges they currently face.

Our ideal candidate will have lived experience of the Criminal Justice System and is now wishing to give back to the community. You must however hit an eligibility criteria e.g. 6 months substance abuse free, complying with your order and taking responsibility of your offending behaviour.
