Volume Recruiter | EXL - Cebu

As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for volume hiring; procesing of candidates from initial interview upto the Job Offer stage. You will also be responsible for class formation, compliance to requirements follow-up, NEO follow through and others. You will be maintaining trackers and databases as prart of record-keeping and will be interfacing with candidates on all recruitment stages. You will also be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure 100% class completion and on-time delivery.

• Ability to do volume processing of external candidates

• To communicate effectively for additional information as needed by job

• Perform accurate data keeping or record tracking

• Perform other jobs as needed

College graduate preferred

With high proficiency in the English language

Very good computer skills including ability to use and navigate MS word, MS Excel, browse the internet and others
