Voids & Repairs Maintenance Technician – Multitrade

YMCA Thames Gateway Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee void property works across Dartford, Woolwich, Romford, and surrounding areas. The role involves ensuring that empty properties are ready for occupation through various maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, and general repairs.

This full-time, permanent position involves working Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills and qualifications to execute diverse maintenance tasks, contributing positively to our commitment to equal opportunities.
