Voice Engineer - Sao Paulo

About the Role

This is a full‑time hybrid opportunity for a Voice Engineer only from São Paulo, Brazil and nearby locations. The position focuses on maintaining and growing the Brazil voice network infrastructure that supports Net2Phone UCaaS business.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor Telefonica and UCaaS systems, managing performance and resolving issues.
• Deep analysis of the SIP protocol for performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Provide advanced support in the Telephony area for end customers and work in the operations area.
• Collect event logs and traces to analyze and troubleshoot systems.
• Actively monitor telecom networks, gateways, SBC, and cloud instances.
• Operate telecom devices, monitoring platforms, and manage alarms.
• Share knowledge through training and support to other analysts on the team.
