Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the National Finance Officer (GHAP), the Finance Assistant will assist in monitoring and administrative‑finance functions of the Global Migration Health Division (MHD) at the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC).

Responsibilities

• FINANCIAL MONITORING AND REPORTING: generate financial reports from ORACLE/WAVE, produce regular and complex monitoring reports for global migration health projects, conduct financial review of transactions, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for dissemination.
• BUDGET PREPARATION AND EVALUATION: conduct reviews of budget requests, consolidate and encode budget data, prepare and review budgeting for new projects, follow up on missing budgets.
• OTHER ADMIN‑FINANCE SUPPORT TASKS: perform quality control of name lists and invoices, assist in project activation and closing, develop templates and dashboards, update SOPs, manage filing syste...
