Job Description

The Human Resources Administration Unit (HRAU), located in the Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC), is responsible for providing a wide range of personnel support services relating to contract administration and entitlements and benefits to IOM staff in the Professional category worldwide.

Under the overall supervision of the Chief, HR Hub, and the direct supervision of the GSSC Wave Support Officer (HRAU) (International), the successful candidate will support the stabilization of Wave, while providing assistance for the effective human resources management of staff members in all categories and locations.

Responsibilities

• Support the stabilization of Wave while providing support with transactions and processing in the Human Resources Module in Wave (HCM), based on the steps provided in the relative guidelines and manuals.
