Translate global VM direction and concepts with the input of localization development to local VM team towards the KPIs Ensure the VM objectives are executed at Corporate and Brand Standard at every channel, including retail stores, omni platform, etc. Involve in the new store opening projects and work closely with store and retail construction team to develop VM plans Develop VM guidelines and VM packs regularly / at adhoc basis for marketing campaigns and trading events, etc. Own the VM Planning Tool for the Country/Cluster and ensure latest VM Tools are shared amongst the business Provide training to VM teams for guidelines interpretation and the usage of VM Planning Tools Requirement: :
